What are the odds Obama's aviation and car fuel came from oil pumped from the Gulf?

Obama is pissed off. He’s gonna jet over to the Gulf wishing he could bee-atch slap BP all over the South. He will look around and provide himself with a backdrop and pulpit and wave his boney fingers at the BP bad boys.

To get there, he has to get the Airforce boys to pump thousands of gallons of aviation fuel into his plane, and his limo will need some basic car petrol, too. Not sure if he will make use of a helicopter, but that’s probably in the works as well for this journey.

He’s loving him some crude oil. What are the odds he is making use of Gulf oil in his journey?

From here.
The US consumes 20.6 Million Barrels of oil per day (from here). So, there’s about a 13% chance that the gasoline you use came from the Gulf (assuming 100% random distribution, which is probably a bad assumption).

Is this really a question about the source of the specific fuel used in transporting the President and his staff? Or is it about the proportion of American transport fueled by offshore deepwater wells? The second question seems more important, but if it’s the first, we’d need to know who has the contracts to supply the fuel to the airports Air Force One uses.

From the tone, it sounds to me like the OP’s question is more like “Isn’t Obama a big fat hypocrite?”
But since it’s in GQ I’ll refrain from further comment.

I agree. There is too much political commentary in the first post to make it suitable for GQ, so I am closing this. If the OP wishes to ask the question in more general terms, he may open another thread in GQ. If he wishes to discuss the possibility of hypocrisy on the part of Obama or other who are critical of BP, he may open another thread in GD or the Pit.
