I don’t know about the world record but I worked with a guy who had one elder brother whos was 22 years older than him. As far as he knew his parents had intended having only one child and his mother conceived him in her late 30s. He was of Chinese Malaysian background and as he was living in Australia had only met his elder brother a few times in his life.

I’m 26 years older than my half brother. My father and his much younger current wife had a couple of kids when my father was in his 50’s. My then 5 year old son had a hard time understanding that a baby can also be his uncle.
Not a record probably, but my half-brother and I are 14 years apart. All the more notable because we share the same mother and women have a shorter reproductive period than men. She was 18 when she gave birth to my brother, 32 when she gave birth to me. There are no intervening children.
