What are you wearing right now?

From the bottom up…

Nike Shox.
Levi 501’s.
Hawaiian shirt that I got online from Hilo Hattie.

At my workplace, every day is casual day.

I’m wearing a smile, because as of this morning, I’ve finally divested myself of the 20 lbs. I gained last year. Thank you, Dr. Atkins! Now to lose the extra 20 lbs. I was carrying to begin with.
I’m also wearing a plain navy blue cotton long-sleeved shirt, light blue cotton chinos, sandals for the first time this year (yay!), blue rhinestone stud earrings, a silver ring with “FORMA DECORAT VIRTUTEM” enscribed on it, and my hair is messily pulled back in a black clip.

Lawyer BDU’s. Black business suit, black belt, white dress shirt, red tie, black shoes, black socks. Underwear with little hearts on them.

guy checking in. Being a SAHD at the moment, comfy casual is the rule. It’s finally warm enough for shorts, so it’s olive walking shorts and my favorite “pumpkin Day 2002” t-shirt. Since it’s laundry day I am by necessity going commando.

A pair of trainers, so worn that they are almost falling apart.
A pair of blue jeans, ditto.
A T-shirt with the text “Beer is living proof that God loves us” on the back.
A dark blue/grey jacket, ditto again.

I must do something about my wardrobe.

Gundy’s outfit sounds cute! Especially the red Mary Janes.

Kalhoun, I think I’m in love. <swoon> And I know I’m already in love with Gundy.

Today’s a Gap kind of day – blue-and-white long-sleeved shirt over a grey t-shirt, khaki cargo pants, brown shoes and belt, blue socks and dark blue Gap boxers with stars on 'em. Oh yeah, and a nifty Fossil watch, silver ring on right hand, and my glasses.

Later today I’ll have to go out and do some sampling and fieldwork, so the outfit will be a crappy old t-shirt of some sort, beat-up jeans and steel-toed boots.

Pink Lands’ End cotton sweater, short-sleeved
Salt & pepper A-line skirt, just below the knee
Black pumps

Jewelry: jade neckalce, pearl earrings, silver watch

Underwear: None o’ yer business

Light blue jeans, light blue scoop neck top, white socks and sneaks, ID badges on red lanyard.

I’m the epitome of a fashion mag “Before”

FCM, scootch over - I’m a fashion mag “don’t”.

Low rise, flared leg jeans, sandals, long sleeve kinda sweatshirt thingy in mauve, mom and child ring, mom and child necklace, wedding and engagement rings, watch.

Y’all don’t need to know what underwear I’m wearing, now do ya?

Eve sounds like what I SHOULD be wearing to work. I do the corporate thing sometimes, but Today Just Wasn’t One Of Those Days. I need a shopping excursion to Petite Sophisticate, where one goes to shop for career clothes.

Yes! We really, really do! Besides, you’re not fully entering into the spirit of the thing if you don’t share THAT information.

BTW, looove those low-riders.

Well, I’m at work, so I’m dressed much neater than I’d like to be -

Black leather shoes, black trouser socks, black poly/lycra dress pants, blue pin-striped button-down shirt.
I much prefer jeans and t-shirt, overall.

What are BDU’s???

Battle Dress Uniform. Cammies.

interface2x was wearing an Apoptygma Berzerk t-shirt. S/he is my new hero. I want one. Well, actually I want a VNV Nation one, too. Sigh.

I’m wearing a black long-sleeved stretch t-shirt with a liitle witch printed on, and some rhinestones scattered around for stars. I got it at work. It’s neat.

Also an ankle-length magenta and black shot silk flared skirt that I made several years ago, and that needs repairs. It’s got hand beading around the hem. I don’t recommend doing that much hand beading. Black push-up bra and bikini undies. No socks.

This is the epitome of my normal-at-home-doing-housework style. Really.

Actually, the skirt is floor-length. I just got up and walked to the garbage drop chute, and noted where the hem is. Definitely floor-length.

That sounds pretty, Lissla. I don’t do long skirts too often because I’m short. But I like how they look on other people.

My rave pants.

Yup, that’s it. And while I am not nearly as exciting as jinwicked is, my webcam is not on either.

I’m short, Kalhoun. Oh, and thank you. I find mid-length skirt make me look shorter. Also, with long skirts, you don’t have to shave your legs as often!

I just love long skirts. I think I have about 20, and I’m seriously considering making some more for summer.
