When I was a teacher I saw pretty much the same categories as Altoid. But I was a male working in a mostly female elementary school. Most of the ladies were nice enough, but:

They sure didn’t get things done quickly. Three committee meetings were necessary to authorize moving a desk.

A great deal of time was spent on nonsense that had nothing to do with teaching. Meetings about what kind of curtains the office window should have, etc.

Some intellectual laziness, although this certainly wasn’t confined to the lady teachers. Lots of “that sounds too hard” when something requiring extra effort was proposed.
Glad I’m not there anymore.
