Never: I’ve worn the same style clothes for decades.
Platform shoes in the '70s. Also earth shoes.
I still have the same clothes for decades.
That doesn’t preclude making the wrong choices the whole time. ![]()
I’m the same way, mostly running shoes/casual shoes/boots, jeans and weather appropriate shirt/sweater/jacket.
Heh. Everything I wear is a fashion mistake.
Actually, the fashions I wear are fine. It’s my body that’s the mistake.
I do try to not wear PJs in public.
Well, I grew up in the 80s, so there were a lot. Sally Brown puffball bangs, vertical striped multi-color eyeshadow, neon anything. I mean it was cool at the time but I’m thankful now there aren’t many pictures.
If you mean currently, I just try not to stand out too much. Khakis and a sweater are pretty much my normal “uniform”.
Purple and pink doubleknit pantsuit that my then fiancée (now husband) gave me for Christmas that I felt obligated to wear. It was loud even for the 70s.
After a couple of years of marriage I would have been comfortable enough to take it bac if I were given it, but when I was newly engaged I was afraid it would hurt his feelings.
My mom bought me a “Leisure Suit” in the 70’s and I actually wore it!
