what aspect of your job do you not know how to do?

To combine the “What do you STILL not understand?” thread and the “what’s your job?” here’s my question:

What aspect of your job do you stil not know how to do?

I am a system administrator, but I have very little knowledge of hardware. I still don’t really know the difference between SCSI and EIDE drives, and I actually get nervous every time I open up a computer. I’m always worried that someone will blow my cover.

I remember there was a character in Notting Hill who was a stockbroker, but didn’t really know about stocks.

Anyone else have knowledge gaps they’re covering up?

Every job I’ve had, I’ve gone into underqualified, but swearing I can live up to it. So far I’ve done pretty good, but I’m constantly in a learning mode.

My past jobs have been technical, and my current job requires good financial analysis and sales/marketing skills.

I think that inadequacies lead to learning which leads to growing, which is the best part of a job.

I’m still trying to figure out how to get paid without actually having to show up for work, the boss just ain’t going for it.

Seriously, I’ve been at my job for 8 years…I’ve pretty much got it down.

I don’t know breakfast. At all. If they ever needed me before noon, I’d be screwed
