Good point. Someone should probably investigate to see how Trump is illegally having orders done.
It would probably be a posthumous investigation but the public would be entitled to the truth.

First he has to get the entire right worked up into a tizzy about all the terrible stuff Biden did and how awful and corrupt his executive orders were, then he can swoop in and be the hero, voiding Biden’s EOs because the people said Biden’s bad and his EOs need to be reversed.
This is nothing new for him. He tosses out random ideas like this all the time. Now that this one has legs, it’ll only be a matter of time before a reporter asks him about it and he replies “Well, lots of people are talking about it and some great, the best even, legal skol…scholr…people in the country are saying that I should do it so we’re looking into it”.
1-Mention something on a platform that will reach hundreds of millions of people.
2-Wait to get asked about it.
3-Do the ‘people are saying…’ thing and pretend like he’s acting on the will of the people and not just a personal vendetta.
From Mad King Donald’s fiat;
The Radical Left Lunatics circling Biden around the beautiful Resolute Desk in the Oval Office took the Presidency away from him.
This is classic projection. Somewhere in the quivering mass of unflavored jello that passes for Trump’s brain he knows he’s not the decision-maker in his administration and it’s been carved into a dozen petty fiefdoms by the people who stick papers on his desk and tell him to sign them, that he’s never seen before and doesn’t read, and he’s lashing out about it.
His spiralling seems to get worse by the day. Whatever is in those Epstein Files must have him terrified.
The latest Gallup poll has his approval/disapproval at 36/60. I’m guessing someone forgot to print him out a big picture of himself with the caption “BIGGEST POLLS EVER FOR TRUMP!” in extra large print.
Re last post, the bad news is that poll sounds like an outlier. Also, I hypothesize that fear caused by the massive publicizing of the West Virginia/D.C. National Guard tragedy will stop further deterioration of Trump’s approval numbers for a while.
Good news is that I checked both ChatGPT and Gemini for ideas on Biden executive orders still in place, and they both agree it isn’t much. Trump has, before now, explicitly reversed a large number of the Biden orders. I didn’t come up with any Biden order both AI’s agree to still be in effect. They disagreed on Biden’s Executive Order on the Partial Revocation of Executive Order 13961, which I can see as a confusing one.
All it takes for a future Trump voiding actios to be significant is for one important Biden Executive Order to still be in effect. Can anyone locate a Biden order still in place and important and that a Trumper would not like? Until I see that, I think Trump’s voiding threat is of no practical significance.
Is it? The Economist puts him at 38%. YouGov at 40%. Ipsos at 38%. Even Fox News has him at 41%. Even Rasmussen with its notoriously right-wing skew has him underwater at 47%.
About two-thirds of the country hates him at this point and that’s not going to get any better for him as the Epstein files get published and the economy continues to tank.
The latest on Trump’s approval rating
Updated November 28, 2025
Happy Thanksgiving, Silver Bulletin readers! Donald Trump’s net approval rating has been hovering around -14 since last week. As of today, 41.1 percent of Americans approve of the job he’s doing and 55.3 percent disapprove . I’d expect that consistency to continue through Sunday, just because we aren’t likely to see too many new polls come out over Thanksgiving weekend.
But the share of Americans who strongly approve of Trump is still decreasing: it hit a second term low of 24.0 percent yesterday. On the other hand, 44.7 percent of Americans strongly disapprove of Trump.
I’m probably guilty of starting a thread hijack here.
That’s a shame because I am really interested in an answer as to whether there is any important Biden executive order that Trump has so far (Truth Social tweets don’t count) allowed to stand – and thus could void in the future..

So start a new thread before this becomes one. Thanks.
One thing new judges and apparently stupid presidents often need to learn:
You can talk until you’re blue in the face barking orders, but until someone official takes you up on it and makes things happen, you may as well be talking into a gale. Nothing happens until someone acts.
Trump can say whatever nutzoid thing that pops into his head. It’s not something that goes into effect until The Cogs do their part.
I doubt anyone in a position to make this a reality is going to do anything.
Nor did they the first time he gave this order, which I’d be surprised if he even remembers doing.
Exactly.
It’s a lot like his “order” to now christen the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America. No one who can make this official is listening or acting.
Not so — from Simon Rosenberg, November 19th:
[On November 18th - b] another prominent Republican pollster, Echelon, released their monthly national tracking poll and it showed Trump dropping 8 points - yes 8 points!!! - since mid-October. A new Reuters poll found him dropping 4 in the past week.
Echelon
42% approve (-4) 57% disapprove (+4) - 8 pt drop since mid October
Reuters/Ipsos
38% approve (-2) 60% disapprove (+2) - 4 pt drop in past week
Trump is now regularly seeing polls in the 30s and 60s:
- Reuters/Ipsos 38%-60% (-22)
- CNN/SRSS 37%-63% (-26)
- AP/NORC 36%-62% (-26)
- NPR/PBS/Marist 39%-56% (-17)
- Civiqs 39%-56% (-17)
And near the 30s…..
- Econ/YouGov 40%-56% (-16)
- Strength In #s 41%-57% (-16)
Trump is consistently in the 30s now. He had a concrete floor of 40% for a long while, but no longer.
There is a Wikipedia page that lists the executive orders signed by President Biden with a column indicating those that have been revoked.
For those unfamiliar with the autopen, and it’s historical presidential use:
