What can i do to keep from looking so tired after i wake up?

i’m not some insecure beauty queen or anything here, just a guy that doesn’t want to look like death up to 5 hours after waking up!

i sleep 9-10 hours a night, so this is one reason i look so tired (sleeping longer than average).

i’m looking for ANY answers of how to eliminate this extra fluid in the eye tissues and anything else that makes people look tired. also looking for why this happens, the biological part of it.

i searched for a recent thread about this but could not find it.

Put some metal spoons in your freezer, and when you wake up, just lay in bed with the spoons over your eyes for a while. It’s supposed to tone down the swelling in your eye area.
