What childhood games would you like to see in the Olympics?

For example; dodge ball, Red Rover, butts (buns) up, etc…

My submission is: Four Square

Hide ‘n’ Seek.
Sandlot style baseball. (old ball in poor condition, shared gloves and bats, debris for bases, etc)
Street football
Garage door 1on1 basketball

Kickball
Capture the flag

Team Jump Rope.

Keepy Uppy

Red light Green light.
Marco Polo
Kick The Can

Something that requires real skill: jacks.

“I’m not touching you.”

Twister.
Duck, duck, goose.

This would be awesome.

Right? There could be all kinds of rules and regs, like points deducted if one’s digits are outside the colored circle or extra points for executing a perfect right hand blue / left foot red transition or something.

It could be a team sport where you and the fellow people on your team are trying to do better acroyoga than the other teams.
Or individual where you are trying to knock the other person out while staying on your circles.

Tetherball. I’d love to see what a regulation olympic tetherball court looked like. And innovations in tetherball technology.

Conkers, obviously.

Freeze tag.

Flipping thru the channels a while back, I saw televised competitive tag!

Another Capture the Flag fan. We played it at night in the forest.

Kiss Chasey? (OK - not yet).

Summer: floor hockey. I see this is already in the Special Olympics.

Winter: indoor baseball (played with a rubber baseball in a gymnasium).

Doctor.

One that actually used to be in the Olympics: Tug of War
