Similarly and if you have an outdoor grill… place roast in oven at 200 for 20-30 minutes and then transfer to grill and finish over hot coals. In this method you will get a rare/medium interior and the exterior will have a lovely grilled but not overdone crust.
I use a pressure cooker. Perfect medium rare in about 30 minutes.
