What D&D character are you?

The last time I took it (previous version), it pegged me as a half-elven, chaotic good bard. Apparently, I’ve become more orderly and elvish. One of my IFGS characters fits this pretty closely–a half-human bardic mage.

I’m a Half-Orc Chaotic Good Fighter/Paladin

izzat even possible?

Cool.

Alignment:
Neutral Good characters believe in the power of good above all else. They will work to make the world a better place, and will do whatever is necessary to bring that about, whether it goes for or against whatever is considered ‘normal’.

Race:
Humans are the ‘average’ race. They have the shortest life spans, and because of this, they tend to avoid the racial prejudices that other races are known for. They are also very curious and tend to live ‘for the moment’.

Primary Class:
Rangers are the defenders of nature and the elements. They are in tune with the Earth, and work to keep it safe and healthy.

Secondary Class:
Fighters are the warriors. They use weapons to accomplish their goals. This isn’t to say that they aren’t intelligent, but that they do, in fact, believe that violence is frequently the answer.

Deity:
Mielikki is the Neutral Good goddess of the forest and autumn. She is also known as the Lady of the Forest, and is the Patron of Rangers. Her followers are devoted to nature, and believe in the positive and outreaching elements of it. They use light armor, and a variety of weapons suitable for hunting, which they are quite skilled at. Mielikki’s symbol is a unicorn head.

though the detailed section gave me 5 ticks for Neutral Good and 4 ticks for Chaos Evil

Methinks the code is biased towards making Rangers, I want to live in a city, and it still thinks I’m a Ranger.

Well the first one it came up for me didn’t sound right so I kept trying to mess with it to get one that sounded better. It just kept getting weirder and weirder so I eventually answered the first one for everything which includes “Stick knives in the rest of the party and take it all” and"Kill them all and loot the bodies." It turns out that killing innocents and your party makes one a Neutral Good Human thief bard. Choosing the last of each makes you a Chaotic Neutral halfling thief bard.

First I’ll tell you what I think I am: neutral good Ranger. +1 to hit in high temperatures and stifling humidity. +2 to hit against insects of all types, including giant. Special ability: charm or scare dogs.

True Neutral Elf Ranger Mage
Follower Of Silvanus

Alignment:
True Neutral characters are very rare. They believe that balance is the most important thing, and will not side with any other force. They will do whatever is necessary to preserve that balance, even if it means switching allegiances suddenly.

Race:
Elves are the eldest of all races, although they are generally a bit smaller than humans. They are generally well-cultured, artistic, easy-going, and because of their long lives, unconcerned with day-to-day activities that other races frequently concern themselves with. Elves are, effectively, immortal, although they can be killed. After a thousand years or so, they simply pass on to the next plane of existance.

Primary Class:
Rangers are the defenders of nature and the elements. They are in tune with the Earth, and work to keep it safe and healthy.

Secondary Class:
Mages harness the magical energies for their own use. Spells, spell books, and long hours in the library are their loves. While often not physically strong, their mental talents can make up for this.

Deity:
Silvanus is the True Neutral god of nature. He is also known as the Patron of Druids. His followers believe in the perfect balance of nature, and believe that nature’s bounty is preferable to any other ‘civilizing’ method. They wear leather or metallic scale mail, constructed of leaf-shaped scales. Silvanus’s symbol is an oak leaf.

Lawful good elf ranger fighter. Mielikki.

That’s cool, I always liked the hack and slash. I used to play paladins or rangers. I’d regularly get killed by the big evil things when the rest of the party would run away – and usually get killed later. Dumbasses, running around in an evil dungeon without your paladin. They would think about that later. “Hey, we don’t have that automatic PFE, lay on hands, bonus versus demons, etc.”

Ha, ha. Where you gonna spend those gold coins now chaotic neutral biznitch?

Chaotic Good Elf Bard Ranger

Alignment:
Chaotic Good characters are independent types with a strong belief in the value of goodness. They have little use for governments and other forces of order, and will generally do their own things, without heed to such groups.

Hmmm…I wonder how ’ I would run away’ or ‘I would hide’ = a bard?

I had a -5 or -7 neutral evil, yet I was termed a lawful good ranger fighter. Uh oh! I did answer that I would invest the gold coins in real estate. Hey, maybe I put up some low income housing or farm some trees. Thinning that is. Keeps the forest elves from getting the big tree house burned down.

I think I might have raised another finger, but it looks like fun to me, and I get to stay human…always a plus. I never was a “dice chucker,” always a “card flopper.”

I didn’t realize I was such a moralist:

I got the same thing with the original survey. I don’t know anything about D&D, but it certainly sounds nice.

I’m a Neutral Good Half-Elf Ranger Druid. Kinda cool cause I play a neutral good druid.

Hey, I’ve played this character:

Neutral Evil Human Thief Mage
Follower Of Mask

Alignment:
Neutral Evil characters believe in Number One. Their personal gain takes precedance over all else, and they will work with whomever necessary and whatever institutions necessary to further their own goals.

Race:
Humans are the ‘average’ race. They have the shortest life spans, and because of this, they tend to avoid the racial prejudices that other races are known for. They are also very curious and tend to live ‘for the moment’.

Primary Class:
Thieves are the most roguish of the classes. They are sneaky and nimble-fingered, and have skills with traps and locks. While not all use these skills for burglary, that is a common occupation of this class.

Secondary Class:
Mages harness the magical energies for their own use. Spells, spell books, and long hours in the library are their loves. While often not physically strong, their mental talents can make up for this.

Deity:
Mask is the Neutral Evil god of rogues, thieves. He is also known as the Lord of Shadows. He appears as a lithe man, shadowed, wearing dark clothing. His followers believe in stealth and wariness. They wear black and gray clothing, and carry weapons and armor similar to that of a thief. They frequently wear masks to conceal their identity. Mask’s symbol is a dark, checkered mask.
