What "diet bread" from the 1970s am I thinking about?

I remember back in the '70s, there was this one particular brand of diet bread that had wood pulp as one of its ingredients. I can’t for the live of me remember what the name of the bread was. Does anyone remember?

The bread that ignited the fiber fad. Here it is:

“Fresh Horizons,” a bread product, was the first food with added dietary fiber (DF). Wood based cellulose was the source of that particular DF, and this created waves of controversy. The media reported that the food industry was feeding people our “national forests” and “old furniture”. Cellulose, irrespective of its source is an efficacious source of DF for intestinal function.

Apparently the company that made the stuff got let off the hook for false advertising:

Fresh horizons case, wood pulp in bread, would not be brought under Reagan.
