Apparently he believes the Census Bureau keeps track of every. single. person. born in this country and susbequently issues bonds to the Treasury Dept. for every. single. person., thus making them slaves to the system.
Probably a dumb question, but…well, why would they need to periodically take a census then if they keep track of every single person born in the US? Also…how would issuing bonds on them make them ‘slaves’…or have really any benifit at all come to that?
