Ok the title says it all, What do mormons really belive?
I have heard all kinds of things and i really want to know what they do, like do they still practice ploygamy? or did they ever? what god do they belive in? and what is with Joseph Smith? etc. anyway any help would be nice—

Not all Mormons belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints, based in Salt Lake City. There is also the Reorganized Church of LDS, based in Missouri. http://www.cofchrist.org/
They recently changed their name to “Community of Christ” to avoid confusion with the better known Mormon sect.
There are also some other small groups of Mormons in the West who are often at odds with the Latter Day Saints establishment. So sometimes you will hear of Mormons who practice polygamy, or have other divergent beliefs. Those beliefs wont be found on an LDS website, but they are out there.
what happens in thier temples? I looked at the site given, but i couldnt find what happens in their temples and why not everybody can go in. and why are there so many mormons in Utah?
ok i have been through the reorganized’s temple, why cant i go in the other’s temple?
ok kinda off subject, but still on religon, what about Jews, Catholics, and Roman Catholics? what do they all believe? do they have a prophet like the mormons, or just the pope? why don’t jews believe in christ? and do they still believe in the mosiac law? and what is the definition of a cult?
You’re asking a number of huge questions. You might try hunting around on beliefnet. There are other sites that demonstrate the difference between denominations/religions as well. Meanwhile, I have to go to Mass.

They have a bulletin board that is VERY active, but the best resource for your very broad question would be the 140+ stories written by people who were born “in the covenant” and others who joined the church later in life. They all discovered anomalies in the church which were indigestible, and eventually ended up leaving.
The answer to your question would take up volumes, but if you spend a little time at the exmormon website, you will get a good sense of what goes on in the lds temple and what is up with the unusual underwear (garments) and why they have such huge families and why they have been called one of the most racist groups in history, etc, etc, etc.
NO offense is intended to any faithful latter day saint who may read this post and view it as an attack. It is NOT. I hope someday to get the chance to return to Utah and retire there (the people are the friendliest I have ever seen).
I simply believe that the lds claim of “truth” should be able to withstand close and logical scrutiny.
