What do the following have in common? (game)

Apparently so. The questioners are too good for the answerers, it seems.

Nice to see someone bumping this thread besides me.
I believe I only have 1 unanswered question so here’s the answer:
The 4 songs I named are all in 3/4 time. Nothing so spectacular about that except 3/4 time is rarely used in rock and roll.

As long as we are just handing out answers, They were all married on Valentines Day, although not to each other, except for The Captain and Tennille.

I admit I’d never get this one myself.

They are all names of craters on the Moon.

Can someone answer and put me out of my misery? :o

Is the answer to the first one that they all have “misleading” names?

Millipedes do not have 1000 legs, tidal waves are not tidal, radiators principally work by convection not radiation, and cors anglaises are not English.

Here’s a classic along the same lines - tough if you don’t know it, and damn-near impossible if you’re not British, I’m afraid:

Villa did it 1979, Sunderland did it in 1981. Who did it in 1980?

I was trying to remember another one from Says You!, the first two were John McEnroe and Floyd Patterson. The thing they have in common…

…is that they both had classic rivalries with Swedes: McEnroe with Bjorn Borg, Patterson with Ingemar Johansson.

Can anybody think of a third?

Something to do with soccer? Am I on the right track?

Cicero - That’s a good start  .

Robot Arm - Laura Davies (top female golfer), Boris Becker, Queen (the band)?! Not quite there, I don’t think, except perhaps the first one.

I think members should be banned when they leave answers hanging. :stuck_out_tongue:
