I’m playing fair–have not read any responses prior to posting.
Watch–timepiece usually worn on the wrist
Record–round vinyl media played on a turntable, usually a single song to be played at 45 rpm.
Fox–red furred, dog-like mammal, generally considered a poor choice for hen house security. Or the network that carries Saints games.
Field–area of land, suitable for cultivation or grazing.
Blackberry–sorta sweet not quite fruit, grows on a thorny vine that will scratch you up something fierce if you ain’t careful.
Lead–cheap metal used in pencils, bullets, etc.
Fire–a thing (force?) that consumes fuel, suitable for cooking, warming, but dangerous if uncontrolled.
Fork–generally 4-tined eating utensil.
Fly–an insect suitable for swatting.
Post–structural device, often wood, sometimes coated in weather-resistant stuff, used for supporting something…fence, sign, etc.
Edit: I must confess, I fail to see how this will bring us back to Doe, a deer, a female deer.
Watch: to look at something. Tonight I’m going to watch TV.
Record: for playing music. Yesterday I listened to all my Pink Floyd records.
Fox: an animal. Like the Fox and the Hound.
Field: Um, foxes live there? A meadow-type thing.
Blackberry: Things that go in pie.
Lead: A heavy metal. You make weights out of it. Superman can’t see through it. (is that true? was it lead that he can’t use his x-ray vision on? whatever.)
Fire: Stuff that is flaming, on fire. Very hot.
Fork: You eat your blackberry pie with a fork.
Fly: Little flying bug. Annoying.
Post: A pole in the ground, a fence post, something you tie your horse to.

Fox - a small, generally reddish colored member of the canine family
Field - an open area, usually grassy
Blackberry - a phone/PDA manufactured by RIM (I’m really not happy that the first thing I thought of wasn’t “a yummy fruit”, but I have one practically welded to my left hip for work)
Lead - element number 82 on the Periodic Table (I did have to look up the Atomic Number)
Fire - that hot, flamey stuff
Fork - a (generally) three or four tined eating utensil
Fly - a nasty little insect
Post - the act of submitting a message to a message board
Watch - A wrist watch.
Record - To copy something, either electronically or manually.
Fox - A small red animal.
Field - A broad area or something that represents a broad area (field of flowers or electromagnetic field).
Blackberry - Cell phone.
Lead - The business end of a wire.
Fire - Flames.
Fork - A sharp pointy eating thingy.
Fly - A small insect.
Post - Something that holds up a fence.
Posted before reading any other answers.
After reading the other posts I noticed that all of these could be either nouns or verbs. Thankfully Blackberry has not become a “New Age” verb, I imagine herds of yuppies blackberrying each other.
I also noticed that there are no contributions of Fox and Fork as a verb.
Watch - the verb “to watch”

Record - a verb, to make a copy of, and a noun, the black disk-y things from my childhood.
Fox - smallish, red carnivore. Babies are very cute.
Field - verb, to catch. Noun - flat, empty space.
Blackberry - fruit and electronic device.
Lead - verb, to go ahead of something and have it follow behind you; noun - metal element, fishing device, horse tackle, main character in play
Fire - verb, end someone’s employment; noun - a hot fiery thing
Fork - noun, a three-pronged utensil
Fly - verb, float through the air (on your own or in a plane); noun - small insect, part of fishing tackle, part of tent, part of pants, type of carriage
Post - verb, to enter a response on a message board or put up a piece of information in a public place; noun - the thing posted, a part of a fence.

Record - the action of noting something down or mentally filing it in
Fox - News and an image of a cartoonish fox. Red fox. No idea whether it’s a boy fox or a girl fox.
Field - those where green stuff grows.
Blackberry - another technosexual consultant
Lead - a jumbled image of presidents, a chunk of very heavy metal
Fire - on a Bunsen burner (yeah, I’ve lit a lot of those)
Fork - eating utensil I’ll be using on my breakfast
Fly - those black insects
Post - that “horn” symbol of mail services

Blackberry: the one you make jam out of, though the electronic version was a close second as I think they’re cool. But the jam variety came to mind first.

Fork: simultaneously thought of the implement with tines and the ‘fork in the road’ interpretations
Fly: to send through the air (such as by throwing). Followed closely by ‘to flee’.

These are just the first things that come to mind.
Watch - a device keeping time/date that a person usually wears on their wrist which has primarily replaced the old-fashioned pocket variety.
Record - vinyl disc containing recordings which has been replaced by a much smaller CD unit.
Fox - a small furry wild animal, notorious for raiding the chicken coup.
Field - acreage of farmland
Blackberry - handheld electronic device that keeps you connected via internet, cellular phone, mp3 player, and much more that targets gov’t and high-end business’. Supposedly the best security device wireless has to offer and usually fairly expensive.
Lead - the black stuff in pencils
Fire - hot, burns things
Fork - a pronged utinsel that some people eat with.
Fly - popular slang meaning “cool” back in the 80’s
Post - a cylinder piece of wood or metal sticking out of the ground, usually 2-3 feet in height.
