Even though I know plenty (and even love some) intelligent people who believe in religion, it still staggers me sometimes that they cannot see it for the fairy tale that is so obviously is. In even a high-school educated population, there should be about the same amount of adults who believe in God as adults who believe in the Easter Bunny.

I not only agree 100%, but my ex and backed it up. If while at the store, if one of ours misbehaved and was attempting to become awful, I had no problem with tucking the offender under my arm and leaving a full buggy behind.
At a resturant, same thing…packed it up, paid the bill and left. The boys soon learned that we weren’t going to put up with it. I wish other parents would do the same.
Oh, and I firmly believe that every damn polititian is so deep in corporate pocket they shit lint.
