I do have a creative name for her, but it’s for her ears only. 
I call mine LoverGirl. Of course, in real life I’m more likely to call her “crazy girl”.

Future Mrs. Six is a devout Catholic, and does not think the above is the least bit funny. So I have decided to refer to her as Mrs. Peel, which will coincide with the theme of my current screen name. Or she could be Number 2, which would also go with the theme. Hmmmmmm.

Being that my seven-year-old sun is my significant other, I call him Gingersnap and occasionally Nutmeg. More often I refer to him as ‘my son’ or ‘Matthew’.
I ain’t got a SIGO. But if I did, and if she wasn’t a Doper, I’d call her Triplette.
If she was a Doper, I’d either call her who she was, or what she asked me to caller her (but by default, Triplette).

My kids are Jr. Ranger I (my daughter) and Jr. Ranger II (my son).
I refer to the Boy Toy as the S[sub]ignificantly[/sub] Y[sub]ounger[/sub] L[sub]over[/sub], my SO, or by his name, Richard. We’re not married so Mr. Ranger is not an option, nor will it ever be. When he’s gotten on my last nerve, he’s “That man that shares my house”.
My hubby is registered but he doesn’t post much even though he reads here everyday. So I call him the LIONsob here on the board and the Lyinsob at home.

If I had a SO, then he would be dlboy, most likely. Not very imaginative, huh? Well, if he were a Doper too, then we wouldn’t have to worry about that. I would just call him whatever his name was.
I’ve called my parents Sodamom and Sodapop. Maybe I should just call my SO The Sod. (No, I’m not very happy with him at the moment.)

“Roommate” became (former)Roommate after a very intense break and separation. [We’re not married but we do share laundry facilities.]

Well, I call mine lurker, but then again, he was here first, so maybe I’m the one that should have the cutsey Doper-nick related name… then again, we weren’t officially dating at the time I joined the boards either, so that would screw my own sense of identity and feelings of self-worth…
