His bully. What a crock of shit.
The gay kid got bullied too. Who did he shoot?

Not to mention that the kid that did the shooting was bullied by other kids because of the way the gay kid was acting toward him. But he didn’t shoot those other kids. He shot the gay one.
All of you with the apologetics for King never mention how he was following other boys into the bathroom trying to ge a look at their junk while they went to the bathroom. None of you guys mention that because it doesn’t suit your handwaving that "blowing kisses doesn’t amount to sexual harassment.
You folks have your head in the sand, and prove the point that the right to be gay trumps the right to be free of sexual harassment, when you ask a gay rights supporter.
Not a single one of you can rise to the challenge to show me ONE SINGLE instance of the gay rights movement condemning over-the-top behavior.
They don’t; all events are interpreted as “gays-can-do-no-wrong.”
You know what trumps the right to be free of sexual harrassment? The right to be free of two bullets in your noggin for sexually harrassing someone.
The argument we are trying to make is that trying a 14 year old kid as an adult for killing his bully/stalker/whatever you want to call him and giving him 25 years in jail is unjust. Grown adults kill their wives in a fit of drunken rage and get less time than that. Nobody here is arguing that the killer ought to go free, or that he didn’t do anything wrong. Of COURSE he did! But giving this kid more time than Al Capone doesn’t serve justice at all.
If you ask me, your argument goes more toward the injusticed meted out to Capone and adult killers who get off easy rather than any sort of mitigation for this shooting.
Having said that, my comment was aimed at David42 who has been successful in steering this thread from “You Don’t Get To Shoot People” to “Those Gays Want Special Rights!”
Actually, you’re the one derailing the thread, arguing against a position no one has taken. If anything, you’re proving David42’s point.
Huh?
I never even brought up anything to do with homosexuality, except as a descriptor of the corpse in this case. My whole raison d’etre in this thread is – I don’t care what someone does to you, you don’t get to execute them.
I’ll point to David42’s myriad posts full of bullshit like, ‘gee I can see how he would have thought he was supposed to become gay after all of that’ and his accusations about apologists claiming that gays can do no wrong to illustrate your own confirmation bias – which I understand; it’s like you and he share a brain when it comes to homosexuality.
This is what you are arguing that nobody else in the thread has disagreed with.
You know what else no one is arguing? That this is a gay rights case. Except for David42, I mean.
First, could you show me one gun rights organization that is doing anything about the potholes on my street?
I’d better get a satisfactory answer ASAP, or I’ll write my Congresscritter to suggest that we oughta ban anything bigger than a spitball straw.
Pity the edit window has passed; you missed the chance to correct the statement to read “All of you who decline to offer apologetics for a murderer”.
You’d have more credibility you’d identify the actual injustice (hint: Door Number Two).
Seriously?
You seem to want to spread the responsibility for this murder around quite a bit. The truth is that only one person is responsible for the murder and that is the boy who shot his classmate in the back of the head. There are no mitigating circumstances for that kind of action at the age of 14. I don’t care if Larry waved his dick in his face while wearing a tutu it doesn’t justify or mitigate his responsibility for the murder in any way. If he weren’t a juvenile he probably would have got life without parole or the gas chamber. He should consider himself lucky to be looking at a measly 25.
I think we need a reminder that this was a guilty plea. He and his lawyer both decided that 25 years was better than they were going to get before a jury.
See Post 165, for one. Your spittling about a position no one holds.
IF YOU MEAN BY THAT THAT WE’RE BOTH HETEROSEXUAL, COULD BE.
I’ll accept that as a concession to my argument.
Context counts. David42 was waving the battle flag against gay rights, like that has fuck-all to do with this case, and I had to remind him that there were bigger fish to fry.
I don’t see how arguing against a position no one holds can possibly help you, but, onward.
It was basically a restatement of the overt facts of the situation in the face of the absurdity that none of this would have happened at all if it weren’t for those darn homosexual activists.
I’m sorry the subtlety is beyond you.
