On more than one occasion I’ve heard creationists point to comments by Jonathan Wells about an experiment with four-winged flies. (Here, for example.) The comments certainly seem to imply that Wells thinks that God individually sculpts the embryonic development of every organism, rather than letting genes do it. I recently found a critique of Wells, in which the author of the critique similarly seemed to feel that Wells held that belief.
Does anyone know if that’s really what Wells believes?
