What does this pre-civil war(?) rhyme phrase mean: One-way, two-way, zickaway, zin...

“One-way, two-way, zicka-way, zin, hollabowl, crackabowl, wheelbarrow, blacksmith, jallaway, tin”
A friend’s grandfather used to say this. He claimed it was from before the civil war but now neither of us can remember what it referred to.

Right now we think maybe it was an underground railroad code, otherwise we have no idea.
