Looks like latitude and longitude, near Santa Monica, CA.
Google Maps shows that to be in Santa Monica,
My wild-ass guess is that it’s the iPhone’s current GPS coordinates, although I can’t imagine why someone would want that on their Twitter profile page.
Why don’t you just message them and ask? Twitter is kind of designed for that you know.
One of three things:
-
live actual GPS coordinates for that phone, recorded at intervals and posted to Twitter
-
the most recent logged coordinates from a social location tracking app like Foursquare or similar
-
an assigned “home” GPS coordinates for the phone that stays constant.
Check it to see if/how often it changes to determine which of the three it is.
As an aside, I remain totally at odds with the thought that I would want to post my location at all times to the internet at large.
