I use to be a pousse-cafe. But since I gave up booze, I’m either hot coffee or iced tea (or maybe both).
I’m a Mojito.
Cool, minty and fun.
1.5 oz. rum
12 spearmint leaves
1/2 lime
7 oz. club soda
4 tsp sugar
Muddle mint leaves and lime in talll glass. Cover with sugar and fill glass with ice. Add rum and club soda: stir well. Garnish glass with lime wedge and sprigs of mint.
Minneapolis has a restaurant called Bar Abilene that makes the most delicious Mojito Margarita. Blended. El Yummo.
Absinthe. 
5 oz. Grey Goose Vodka
7 oz. tonic water (the quinine keeps the malaria away! )
a squirt o’ lemon juice
Simple, but effective. Also expensive as hell, which has led me to replace the Goose with Smirnoff.
Lately? A Coke, that’s gone flat.
Either a 15 or 20 year old Bruichladdich (powerful, sensuous, fruity with a something of the sea about it)
Or a winter warmer style ale, maybe a Jennings Sneck Lifter.

Creme de cacao (brown)
Creme de menthe (green)
Parfait Amour (violet)
Maraschino liqueur (white)
Orange curacao (orange)
Brandy (amber)
Very complicated to make, and ultimately not worth the trouble.
I drink so much Diet Pepsi Twist I’m sure it runs throw my veins… lol
Spicey V-8 juice. Good veggies with a kick but maybe a tad salty. Add some Abosolute and you coulda had me.

I think one of my pina coladas best describes me:
4-6 oz light rum
4-6 oz dark rum
4-6 oz 151
4-6 oz coconut rum
2-4 oz tripple sec
6-8 oz coconut cream
14-20 oz pineapple juice.
Makes 1 pitcher: Serving size, 1 pitcher per person. I’m not kidding either 
If you do it right you can’t taste the alcohol.
Something nice and safe looking that’s stronger than it seems.
