What has to be intentional is mishandling classified information. Not mishandling emails. So to be guilty there would have to be evidence not that she mishandled emails in general, but that she knew emails were classified and still mishandled them. That seems to be lacking.

As to the allegation that she “opened that confidential information up to the world” how so? Her server was never hacked. When you have to make shit up, it might be because you are wrong.
