What game would be good for TV

TV has already done many of the oldest, like tic-tac-toe, hangman, charades.
And several of the board games, like concentration and Scrabble.
And now of course there’s the passive games, watching people play poker, etc.

But there are hundreds more.
What else?

I suppose if people watch poker, they would watch Go Fish or even War, if the had a breathless color announcer.

For the classic paper games, there’s Connect the Dots - Each three contestants would get to ask for two consecutive numbers to be connected, then try to guess the picture.

Or Jarts, the banned yard game, could be revived, on a tropical island where there are no safety laws.

Chutes and Ladders, with real chutes and real ladders.

Battleship, with real battleships.

Spin the Bottle

Capture the Flag

Four Square

Pinball, with a real big table…

Oh, it has?

Oh, it was?
Well, I was born in 82. So, Darn it if I missed it.

This has been done.
Get The Picture

Combine it with Atlasphere from American Gladiators.

Human Pachinko…

Now, there, you might have something.

As you say, people will watch poker on TV, and watch people bass fishing, so we should start
Celebrity Jigsaw Puzzles. And to make it more interesting, the jigsaw picture would be
a scene from the movie where all contestants share credits with Kevin Bacon.

And you could make decent mid-season replacement with “Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon”
