What happened to Dzhokhar Tsarnaev between the shootout and arrest?

You might want to look at the above linked article. One of the key findings was that (after the main shootout) a cop inappropriately shot at a pickup truck. Which held two state police.

Poor weapons discipline doesn’t just expose the public to danger, but other cops as well.
But, really a bigger point is that if cops can’t be expected to be in more dangerous situations than ordinary citizens, if they should see ordinary citizens’ lives as less valuable than cops lives, why should they be paid and venerated like they are?

Isn’t that sentence reversed from how it should read?
