I, for one, don’t miss them. They take FOREVER to dissolve in coffee. Of course, I’ve now gotten totally spoiled by the near-instant dissolving of Splenda.
We buy sugar cues at the supper market. They come in a 2 pound box they are not individually wrapped. My wife uses them for champagne cocktails.
When I was young (60’s) my moms bank would have them out and I loved them.
That explains why I can’t find them - I’ve been looking at the Lunch market.
That is 3 drops bitters on a sugar cube, place in the flute, fill with bubbly.
