Just as the U.S. House of Representatives was absolutely right to impeach Clinton for perjury and obstruction of justice. Bill Clinton lied and was caught doing so. Twisted semantics didn’t keep him from being impeached. Party politics kept him from being convicted.
Upon the passage of H. Res. 611, Clinton was impeached on December 19, 1998, by the House of Representatives on grounds of perjury to a grand jury (by a 228–206 vote) and obstruction of justice (by a 221–212 vote).

Maybe you are talking about the classified material you are legally holding in your GSA-Approved safe? Illegally holding in your desk drawer? Maybe you have several different levels of classified on your Top Secret home workstation in your basement control center at Mom’s house?

I didn’t say I currently am holding classified materials. I said I hold several current classifications - although I probably should have said clearances for clarity. But since you asked, I have a BI for DHS, Secret (equivalent) for DOI, TS for DoD and DOE (Q), plus relevant clearances in Canada and the UK.
None of which makes me an expert, of course. But since you asked . . .

Well - except for the “Do You Have a Need-to-Know?” question. I’m not sure I know how to answer that. A need to know would be tied to a specific document or piece of information. Sometimes the answer is Yes, sometimes No. Are you actually offering classified information and curious if I have the requisite need to know? If that’s the case the answer is definitely No. Whatever classified information you may be offering, I do not have a need to know.
Thank you. And in fact, NOBODY on this message board has a need-to-know the classified specifics of the State Dept. email scandal. Attempting to characterize or speculate on it only makes you a target for misinformation. When it’s all said and done it will go away quietly unless it bubbles up to somebody important. That’s the only reason it made the news in the first place.
Then the political whacks come out of the woodwork to support their girl, perfectly happy with the fact she’s stupid enough to either unwittingly or deliberately compromise national security. I just find that really loathsome.
