mr sadow is stating that trump was just asking questions, being a concerned citizen. that trump’s actions were the zenith of protected speech. even false statements are protected under 1st amendment.
mr wakeford is stating that his statements were in furtherance of a crime and were indeed a crime when those statements were given to the courts. he sites judge chutkan’s rulings!

the good thing is that trump tried this in dc and a judge has ruled on it.
now we are on to mr gillen who is attorney for david shafer a false elector, who is arguing that mr shafer was not a public officer.
interesting mr gillen is arguing that ga did not have “official electors” due to an election suit that was unresolved. and shafer was acting on the advise of council when he organized the republican electors.

I get Newsweek stuff on a news aggregate, and it always seems to be sensational bullshit. But something like more voters than there are registered would seem easy to count and prove/debunk.
