I’m not talking about the prior case, I’m talking about this one.
She is showing her inexperience and ignorance yet again, and getting criticized for it. I don’t know that she’s biased, she might just be incompetent or at least lacking in enough experience to do a credible job.
We’ve gone over this plenty over in the proper thread.
Bolding that in total agreement, in that it’ll suck if not everyone is held accountable, but I’ll be happy if Trump and a gooood majority of chicanerants get their fullest legal comeuppance.
Seconded. Sure, he just sat there doing his stupid mopey arm folding thing during the June arraignment, but with successive rounds he’ll be ramping up the campaign mode into a total hot mess.

Not if I was the judge he couldn’t. At the time it was actually aired, trump would be fully aware of the bail conditions and of the contents of the interview. If he allowed it to be aired, he knowingly violated those conditions and it’s straight to jail for him.
Any argument contrary would have to depend on trump have no control, and no meaningful influence, over Carlson’s use of the interview. Which given their relationship utterly fails the laugh test, much less the smell test.
Could trump/Carlson be planning something just like that to test the waters? Maybe. That seems more chesslike than either of those losers have played the game recently.
Gosh, didn’t those Georgia Republicans pinkie-finger swear this was absolutely not ever the reason they enacted this legislation?
