What happens to the Trump Univerity trial

I searched and didn’t see anything
Does it proceed? What happens if things go bad for Trump?

(not to mention all the other legal actions)

I’m thinking back to all the legal(and semi-legal) shenanigans he pulled when he was a mere millionaire and, knowing he has no reservations about using whatever powers he has on hand to avoid responsibility and attack those who oppose him, I would say cases are going to be disappearing one way or another.

Ignoring the practical aspects just alluded to by Czarcasm,

The Paula Jones case against then-President Clinton pretty much establishes that:

a) Private suits are not barred, but

b) Courts should exercise deference towards holding them in abeyance during the term of the Presidency.

Because the Trump Univ. trial is going to happen (absent some change) between election and inauguration, that will likely proceed. The court in question has already indicated it picked the date for the trial with these issues in mind.

Other cases filed against the President-elect will likely face a different fate.

The Trump University trials are civil or criminal?

A tangent question; can a president pardon himself?

Are the lawsuits against Trump or against one of the many corporate incarnations of Trump? I can’t see that all of a sudden every Trump-owned entity now will enjoy some sort of executive immunity…

…and the twelve women who’ve accused him of sexual abuse will softly and suddenly vanish away, never to be met with again?

There are two lawsuits.

In Cohen V Trump, the defendant is Donald J Trump, personally.

In Low (formerly Makaeff) v. Trump, the defendants are TRUMP UNIVERSITY, LLC (aka The Trump Entrepreneur Initiative, LLC, a NewYork Limited Liability Company,
DONALD J. TRUMP, and DOES 2 through 50, inclusive,
