Speaking of WM I was surprised that Hilton Head Island has a Wal Mart but it’s way off the road and hidden behind a bunch of trees. I don’t think that placement was accidental. 
Pretty much all the areas there are behind gates.

No, not one that I’ve heard. Awful as he is, much as I loathe him, he would have value to hostile foreign countries or terrorists as either a kidnapping or assassination target. Come what may, I think he’ll be protected by the Secret Service to the end of his days.

I think that Trump’s security detail should be supplemented with four walls and iron bars. This would probably allow a certain amount of cost-saving manpower reduction (though hopefully not to Epstein levels).

It seems the former President wants to live in Florida. If he does not live at Mar-a-lago, he will live someplace else.
All things considered, he is probably less of a problem and and less of an expense where he is than in some nearby high-rise. If it were any of my business, I would vote to keep him there.

My uncharitable guess would be that in Mrs. Trump’s eyes, that just makes her a “loser”. True female achievement consists of persuading your married billionaire lover to divorce his current wife to marry you, after which you can just spend all your time in luxurious surroundings of shopping and spa.
Also, Joe and Jill Biden seem to actually like and love each other, which Donald and Melania can’t even pretend to do.

Some folks would argue that is an achievement. In her case she picked totally the wrong billionaire and I expect she thinks it has cost her far more than it was worth. Had she picked some other billionaire it might have worked out very much better for her.

I think this is debatable. Post wanted it to be highly historic, but was that really achieve? It has been used as a playground for the rich and detestable. It has never been a truly public place. Maybe it’s a nice structure, but how many people know? It has been renovated by the king of shlock. I’m of the mind that if Palm Springs wants to preserve it, then the filthy rich residents thereof should foot the price. Otherwise, fuck it.
