I consider myself gay friendly, but I did wonder what was going on with all the statements by the Catholic Church a while ago in the wake of all the lawsuits about not wanting to encourage gay men to become priests. What has the Catholic Church actually done since Ratzinger’s confirmation to put this policy into effect, and discourage gay Seminarians? Did he actually do anything along those lines, or was it all just talk?
