I have to know–how did you discover that?
A friend of mine who built his own beer machine emailed it to me.
I’d like a relationship, a nice start on my upcoming 4-pack, and more time to play all these videogames I have!
And umm… that beer machine thingermajigger would be cool too
Mmm, beer.
Like the comments say, it’s an average, well-built homebrewing rig. I’ve seen better. They’re only doing extract brewing it looks like, which is fine but I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone go to the expense involved in a rig like this without doing all-grain, which you’d need more gear and a bigger cart for. You can do extract or extract-plus-grains brewing on your kitchen stove, for heaven’s sake - use a smaller pot, and mix it into the remaining volume of cold water after the batch is done.
I guess the “all-in-one” bit is the odd choice of building their tap system into this cart - it might “save room” but most people don’t like having their whole brewing rig at their party and now it’s not portable to anyone else’s party unless they have a separate tap for those situations. I’d call it an oddball system created for novelty but not so much for utility.
