He was a great numbers quarterback but I remember him like I do Brennan a guy who could put up numbers due to the system but still an average QB. another example is whoever is the QB for Texas Tech in '05 it was Cody Hodges his stat line look like this

That would fit in your list no problem but he wasn’t even drafted. So we’ve got three QBs with similar number one drafted in the 6th round, one undrafted and one in the first round guess which one went to Notre Dame? Quinn was average just hyped due to where he played.
I don’t know if this is a whoosh, Weis led Notre Dame to BCS bowls the first two years of his reign. Losing to Ohio St in the (05-06) Fiesta Bowl and to LSU in the (06-07) Sugar Bowl.
Of course those years were primarily with mostly Ty Willingham’s players.
