How are you sure that any company collecting sales tax is doing the proper thing with it?

Subway is apparently been putting a big and rather nasty squeeze on a number of franchisees. The company apparently has always been one of the tightest with franchise fees and as it struggles a bit as a brand it has purportedly resorted to some rather underhanded tricks to force certain owners out.
Maybe it wasn’t me then!
