Or is it schoolnet?
A friend of mine who is terrified of his 12 year old boy getting on a computer (I’m not kidding!) has been informed that Jr. will bring home a laptop and participate in netschool/schoolnet. He has fired off a dirty letter to the school system and is looking around for a private school.
Does anyone have any experience with netschool/schoolnet?
It’s schoolnet. Schoolnet is basically an on-line educational resource for students and teachers. I’m not sure why anyone would have any problem with their children using it.
If you enter schoolnet into a search engine you’ll find a wealth of data and links to many Schoolnet sites.
Here’s a link to the Ohio Schoolnet homepage.

Thank You!
Afraid that Junior might actually learn something, I guess! Ignorance is bliss!
He “fired off a dirty letter” to the school system? What, he sent pictures of his little Elvis? Or just typed a bunch of heavy breathing? What. Sounds to me like a classic Luddite overreaction.
Is there a teacher like that Mary Kay L. on the netschool?
schoolnotes.com is a web site US schools can use to post all the class assignments, dunno if its still on the web.
