What is so good about fallout3?

No problem. As I posted in the really really long Fallout 3 thread: if you could shoot the plungers so that they stuck onto your enemies, it would be the only weapon I’d use. It may not do a lot of damage, and you’ll probably have to spend a lot of time looking for all the plungers you missed with, but it would be so worth it.

I think someone did make that mod. I seem to recall posting it in the big thread. I haven’t tried it myself, though.

I also like hearing Three Dog broadcast my exploits on GNR, especially when I am being bad.

That part was great, I only with that I could have uploaded or downloaded more music that would fit in. One major reason: “bongo, bongo, bongo, I don’t wanna leave the Congo, oh no no no no no. Bingo, bangle, bungle, I’m so happy in the jungle, I refuse to go”:mad:

I loved the game but got frustrated at one major point. This YouTube video-should have-but did not help me. I had a save point from many hours ago so I had to make up a lot of frustrated time. I wish I would have known.

Seriously, the response to probably 90% of statements about Fallout 3 that start with “I only wish you could…” is that there is a mod that does exactly that.

Yeah, I love playing games on the console, but it drives me nuts that there has GOT to be a PC mod that fixes the minimap. Seriously, my 50’s iPhone knows exactly where I am at all times underground in the radioactive tunnel mines, and it knows exactly where I need to go, but it has NO IDEA what floor I’m on and can’t tell at all the difference between me needing to go to a door on this floor and me needing to go to a door six levels up? Seriously? Several times I’ve almost put the game down and never picked it back up again because of the minimap.
