I’ve seen it around, but I don’t know what it’s called I’m looking for the round plastic corrugated cord cover “things” that go over a mess of computer cables and TV/router/TiVO cords to make them look more organized and tidy. I went to Best Buy, but I could only find the kind that you put along the floor for safety. I want the kind that go on hanging cords.
I swear I’ve seen it before somewhere and that it was available in different colors. Does anyone know the proper name of this stuff? An official/marketing name so that I can look for it online? (I’ve tried everything I could think of, and I still just keep getting wiring harnesses for cars, or computer cables).
Monoprice calls it Wire Flexible Tubing. I knew they had it, so I didn’t have to go looking, but if I were googling for it, I’d use terms like “split tubing” or “wire management tubing”.
FTR, monoprice has two sizes, I only linked to one, and if you’re price shopping, be sure to compare their prices. They tend to beat their competitors by…um, alot.
You need to watch more old movies. That’s the only time I’ve seen it. They would use them (and probably still do) in their summer or winter house when they’d be gone for months at a time so they wouldn’t get covered in dust. They usually kept all the furniture covered as well.
