What is that weird logo on the Patriots' sidelines at Gilette Stadium?

While watching the AFC Championship Game this year, I noticed for the first time that the New England Patriots have a strange-looking logo on their sidelines. It doesn’t seem to be a secondary team logo; it looks more like a sloped building or something. It’s not new, either: I recently picked up a copy of Madden NFL 11 and it was on the field then, too.

It’s the Gillette stadium logo. It’s a stylized drawing of the lighthouse and bridge on one end of the stadium.

This one? https://postimg.org/image/xrkoq8rcj/

It’s basically the Gillette Stadium logo (there’s a bridge connecting sections of the stadium that I suppose is meant to be iconic or at least unique to the stadium). Further reading shows there’s a lighthouse, which I’ve never noticed before.

Yeah, that’s it. Neat! Thanks for the quick response.

If that lighthouse helps you barely avoid the stadium, does that mean you’ve just had a close shave?
