I’m trying to use zillow and it just seems like a bad design.
I just want to list a bunch of zips, towns or neighborhoods for a list for me. Zillow doesn’t seem to want that.
I want to screen by factors. Can’t see much of that on zillow so far.
Redfin is a great tool for viewing MLS listings. However, they do not cover the entire country. You can filter your results by:
- Zip Code
- Number of baths/beds
- price
- type (single family, condo, apt, land)
- Active listings or under contract/pending
- sold listings
- Schools
