Yeah… I like their roasted corn black bean and pepper salsa. There’s one that used to be called Pueblo Salsa that I liked when I lived in Pueblo - a nice fire roasted flavor. I don’t know if you can still get it now, nor if they ship.
I made a salsa last night consisting of chopped up Crenshaw melon, tomatoes, basil leaves, lime juice and salt & pepper. I served it on top of grilled salmon. Really yummy!
BTW, most of Bayless’s salsas don’t have any vinegar. There are several that do use chicken broth as a base, however.
I’m fond of D.L.Jardine’s Peach Salsa, sweet with a kick. I make my own standard tomato salsa.
Anyone recomend another peach salsa in prefference to D.L.Jardine’s ?
