What is the deal with street names in Miami?

37th Ave and Douglas Road are names for the same street. A section of that street, between 199th and 215th, has been designated as Louis Maxwell Jr Ave for a soldier who was killed in action in Kabul in 2009.

You should hire Peter the Postman.
