Because it’s a terrible joke, where the punchline doesn’t actually follow from the setup in any meaningful way.

Then how did multiple people reach the punchline? Sounds like sour grapes to me, but, just in case:

A rhyming store title references a previous title. This implies there’s something hidden in the rhyme. Replace the words with the equivalent words that would rhyme with “Chuck,” and you have something offensive.

It’s “obvious” in the sense that is the most obvious of these types of hidden jokes. If you don’t find them amusing, fine, but saying the punchline doesn’t follow is silly when multiple people successfully followed it.

If anyone remember playing Mike Tyson’s Punch-Out on the Nintendo, they might remember the code 007-373-5963 as being the code to go straight to the Mike Tyson bout. Seems like Archer likes their Nintendo codes.
