A rhyming store title references a previous title. This implies there’s something hidden in the rhyme. Replace the words with the equivalent words that would rhyme with “Chuck,” and you have something offensive.

It’s “obvious” in the sense that is the most obvious of these types of hidden jokes. If you don’t find them amusing, fine, but saying the punchline doesn’t follow is silly when multiple people successfully followed it.
