Do you, for example, think that certain Arabs wear the clothes they wear as a uniform of some sort, as some sort of symbol of resistance, or maybe just to annoy easily-angered westerners such as yourself? Do you believe you can identify potential enemies of the United states based on their wearing of non-western clothing?
Also, feel free to continue to describe your extensive travels in the middle east, and the insights gleaned during your studies of muslim culture. I’m sure we’d all love to hear them.

Sort of. It’s to keep the sun off the back of your neck and head so you don’t get fried. People who work outside a lot and nomads actually have a practical use for the headdress. When I used to hike through Joshua Tree or Death Valley, we would frequently tuck our bandanas into the back of our cap and let them dangle for the same reason.
For most people, though, it’s just a traditional headdress since they don’t spend quite so much time in the sun.

I would think the answer is obvious. Any nation that fails to act in it’s own best interest will not survive. Anyone that equates terms like legitimate,moral or ethical to war is deluded.
So anything goes in war? Including genocide? Terrorism?
That’s according to which side of the fence you’re on. Isn’t it? Do you ever wonder what goes through a homicide bombers mind just before he “lights up”? Do they think they’re commiting genocide? What about the hijackers on 9/11?
