If you can retain 10 phrases of a completely new language in two hours then you will be doing much better then most of the students I’ve taught over almost 10 years.
Most people suck at learning languages and it takes repetition.
It may be possible with something like Spanish for native English speakers, but good luck learning and retaining 10 phrases of Chinese or Vietnamese in 120 minutes.
