What is the name for eating philosophies where you avoid staples

By staples I mean corn, wheat, barley, potatoes, soybeans, rice, etc.

I know the paleo diet eschews staples, but is there an actual philosophy devoted to this concept or is it just the paleo diet?

Those are all domesticated crops, so avoiding them is trying to eat like our hunter-gather ancestors: http://www.livestrong.com/article/188089-the-hunter-gatherers-diet/

Ketogenic diet?

Orthorexia nervosa?

If someone tells me they eat a low-carb diet, I picture them avoiding all the things in the OP’s post.

We eat soybeans tho. Not the other stuff, you’re right.
