What is the name of this old NES game?

There’s this NES game I use to really like and play a lot, but can’t remember the name of. I hope this description is a good one.
It’s a game, where you’re flying, what appears to be a spaceship, although, I don’t believe that you’re in space. The screen is constantly scrolling down and you have to shoot enemies coming at you. You eventually reach the end of a level and have to fight a boss. Now, I remember a couple of them, and these bosses should be what helps you name this for me. One of them, is a tuba, which, I think, blows bubbles which can kill you. Another is a boombox, which shoots out musical notes at you.
There are other strange bosses, but I can’t remember them.
Any ideas?
