Wow, those colors. Those yellows and greens with the white trunks, it looks like Lothlorien from Lord of the Rings. 
Of course all plant flowers are genitals. Which means your standard bouquet for your sweetie is really a bunch of severed dead genitals. Not quite as romantic, and maybe a bit more Psycho or Lorena Bobbitt than you intended.
That also means asparagus tips are genitals. As are a few other commonly eaten vegetables.

I don’t know the specifics of that particular plant; it might be a whole bunch of genitals bundled together. But one way or another, it’s genitals.
