I think FQ is the correct spot for this. I was perusing Google Maps and found this in someone’s rural back yard
It is two arcs connected by radiating lines (9 x16 meters). THe arcs ‘focus’ on a centered square structure 15 meters to the north. There also appear to be two bright spots 28meters further north of the square.
I can’t figure out what this structure/arrangement is. Archery/shooting lanes?

Definitely a trap shooting range. My two boys shoot trap as a high school sport. Here is their range:
The square structure is the trap house. It has a mechanism to throw clay pigeons.
any idea what the two bright spots are to the north? Is it just a photographic artifact?
I don’t know what the bright spots are - but holy shit. I zoomed out on the map, and that spot is probably 20 mins from my house! I could drive over and see for myself!

Ok, super weird then. I only opened up the SMDB to pose a math question that’s been vexxing me. Since that is in my backyard, I did some digging. That trap range is part of the Woodside Ranch Resort and Conference center.
Maybe I will pop in sometime and see what the shiny things are!

I looked at the picture first, and I’m like, “This is Wisconsin, isn’t it?” Then I look at the map, and it’s about 40 minutes from where I grew up.
Added: there is a sign visible from the highway, but it isn’t clear.
